Hice gelatina roja.

I made a red jelly. It’s my favorite. My mom taught me how to make it. Generally, we used to eat soup, Mexican style tuna, and jelly for dessert on Family Saturdays. Making jelly is not complicated, you just need to be very patient when you are pouring the mixture. I’ve been really missing home these days. The good thing is that you can easily find jelly in New York.
