Luxury Slowdown

I was under lockdown in Nairobi, Kenya for nearly four months. I documented certain aspects of pandemic and quarantine culture and examined the strategies Kenya adopted in handling the virus. The goal was to contribute to non-traditional coverage of COVID-19 effects on the ground—how the lives of normal civilians have been affected. This project aims to lend a reliable distribution avenue for underserved communities where traditional media has failed.
