I have been writing in notebooks since 2012, but when the pandemic started, I wasn't able to. My mind just kept going in circles of panic and anxiety. My almost daily routine of writing was very interrupted by my overthinking and my inevitable confrontation with my mind and its wounds. These are some pages I was able to make along with photographs I made during this time.
