This project is about a small village in Canning, West Bengal. The images show how people here reside and spend time. For them, the main source of food comes from the Matla River, as well as dairy products acquired from domestic animals. Here Children don’t have proper playgrounds or schools here. The village doesn’t have a proper road or street lights. Through this series of silhouette images, I am trying to tell their story.
